For participants requiring a visa to attend the Nexa Research:

The Nexa Research organizing committee does not influence the visa application process or the decisions made by embassies or consulates.

The Nexa Research is not responsible for the issuance of visas. Processing times may vary for each individual, and we strongly recommend applying for your visa as early as possible.

Nexa Research Nexa Research cannot intervene in decisions made by the Ministry of Foreign Affairs (MOFA) or embassies.

We will not engage in any discussions or correspondence with MOFA or embassies on behalf of applicants.
