Submission of Participant Details
After confirmation, a Registration Form link will be shared. Participants must submit all required personal, passport, and participation details accurately.
Verification by Organizing Team
All submitted information will be reviewed for completeness and correctness.
Issuance of Invitation Letter
Upon successful verification, the Invitation Letter will be issued and shared via your registered email.
